(NOTE: Download Latest version of ImageMagick from ftp://ftp.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagick/)

gunzip -c ImageMagick-6.4.2-3.tar.gz | tar xvf -

cd ImageMagick-6.4.2

./configure
make
make install

cd PerlMagick
perl Makefile.PL
make
make install
